Does anyone know how this poem goes, I think it is called What I wish for you. It goes..... read on?

something like, when everything around you is chaotic, I wish silence in your heart...When you loose all hope, I wish for hope.....and so on. For one thing I would like to find that poem again, and also, the words silence in your heart, what does that mean to you? Do you think silence in the heart, means calmness? Or what? Please help me with this. Thank you.
