I filed for divorce in dc, my spouse did not go & sign papers, I had to sign other papers, they w/s inf in ml?

My spouse did not go to sign papers, after filing 2nd set of forms because he did go to court house to sign papers. I was told I will get papers in the mail, what papers a court date or judge decision. The lady could not answer very rude.
