Honda Sputtering a bit, almost like Vapor Lock?

I have a 92 honda 5spd 2dr, just started to sputter a bit, almost like vapor lock? I changed outwith all new plugs, plug wires, cap, rotor and fuel filter and injector cleaner. Still happens intermintently, am I missing something? Check engine light is not on, anybody been thru this?
