Is it at all possible for my to get a little bigger?

I'm latina, and my white boss has a bigger a55 than me. And she's skinny. It's kinda embarring. Not only that but I really want a big . I know it'll never get like Kim Kardashians but I would love to have a little rise so my can look perky and round. Anything I can do?
