Why do Republicans use fear tactics to discredit Obama?

Like hes a terrorist, hes the antichrist. I could go on and on with what Ive heard and they're all ridiculous and pathetic attempts to slander someone. I ume these are people who are under the spell of radical republicans like Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh who will say ANYTHING to scare people and make them think anything un-republican is the anti-christ. Its Rove polititcs at its finest. His name sounds like a terrorist.... That means he must be one kind of thing. Who knows though people are gullible enough in this country to fall for outright fear tactics and vote for another George Bush and nothing will change. Look whats happened with George Bush in office... Its been a disaster!!!
