Should i be concerned and go to a doctor?

my daughter use to faithfully sleep in her crib and be sound asleep till 9-10 am after going to bed at 10pm.. Now lately in the past weeks she wont go in her crib so shes been in bed with me and now in the last few days she wont sleep well at all she tosses and turns literately all around the bed and its hard to explain but she likes moans like she is in pain or something then shell get up and start to cry so i tried everything so i had no choice but to give her a bottle.. and she went back to sleep.. but she would keep waking up every hour or every other.. what do i do?? She had her 6 mo appoint and they said that shes not teething on the top she already has her bottom had them since 4 months.. I cant keep feeding her every hour..she wont take binkys either! By the way she is just fine and dandy during the day.
