Pvcs after ablation for psvt?

where do i start i'm a 29 year old male that had P.S.V.T since i was around 13. my rapid heart beat was getting up to 265 beats per minute and i couldn't convert myself so numerous dosages of adenasine later they ablated. the first procedure was 6 hours long with 22 or 23 ablations recovered and everything seemed fine. 1 month later had a real bad episode felt faint heart pounding chest hurting pulse rate was around 250 on ekg in ambulance they aministered 1 dose of adenesine it worked but my heart kicked back to full throttle and had to administer a double dose in which it worked but full throttle again. they got me to the hospital 2 hours into this i was sweating so bad the leads were just falling off my body and they tried different maneuvers didn't work and finally administered another double dose of adenesine. well back to the ep lab i went were the doc ablated 3 more times and worked thank good no fast heart rate. but after the procedure started having on holter monitor single pvcs very annoying they are but was told this is normal until the heart is healed so i quit smoking started working out and seemed like it solved the problem. but when i worked out sometimes my heart felt like it wanted to race i would feel real shallow like about to p out and feel a big beat and would be fine no problem only happened once a month but i started smoking again i pack a day cut my caffenine intake though by lots now only 20 a day. Woke up one night startled with a hard heart beat checked my pulse through my ear because i could feal it from my head to my stomach and noticed some ache in my left chest to my shoulder decided to go back to sleep woke up 2 more times that night and same problem. awoke the next money and was fine. a week later i was at work and noticed flutters at the top of my left chest had 8 to 10 episodes of them in a hour but thought well maybe i strained a muscle because my shoulder ached to and chest went away later that day i was in my car and noticed at the bottom of my chest i had a pvc so i put 2 and 2 together went to er everything was fine they set me up to have another holter monitor and a echo. now last night i went to lay down and started to have hard heart beat needless to say lasted 3 to 3.5 hours with aches off and on in the previous spots from before. finally went to sleep awoke and started mildly again with aches off and on. If anyone has any of these symptons or can lend some advice this would be appreciated the aches feel like the aches i would have after a psvt attack or during but in all i dont have a fast heart rate thank God during these episodes just everything else it wierd!
