2009 KC Royals = 2008 TB Rays?

Their definately a surprise, but since they are in such a weak division i dont think it will be as noticed. The Rays went from 6th place the year before, and have never been a playoff team. Out of nowhere they take 1st place in what is usually regarded as the best division. Simply unbelievable, if they wouldve won the world series it wouldve been one of the greatest underdog stories of all time. Royals have made a mighty comeback and i have to admit i like seeing them win, but its not quite the same as the Rays.
