Athiests do you believe that not believing the Bible is the same as not believing in God?

Just wondering, becuase last time I checked there are OTHER religions that aren't influenced with 2,000 year old stories from the Middle East, and some of them even coincide with beliefs of scientology! Which is a plus for you!
