Is there a way to remove Win32 by using task manager?

i have this virus called Win32 that keeps popping up when im on my computer for a while and then my computer freezes. but when it does pop up it says something about generic host win32 interrupted or something like that. and i cant exit out of it,it has the options, debug,send error report,and dont send. if i click on any one one of those,my computer either runs super slow or it freezes,i cant click on anything. so i have to force shut down. is there a way where i can remove it by using the task manager? cause i heard you could remove threatning things with it. please help me! its getting really annoying!
