My male cat is a year old and part Russia Blue. I've noticed recently he scoots his on the floor.

He's an inside cat and is leaving tread marks on carpet and floors. My sister told me something about glands on his back end being plugged up. Common with Russian Blue breed. He has been neutered! What is this behavior?
