Restarting Pokemon Pearl... best items to keep?

A lot of rare tms are good. Ice beam, thunderbolt and flamethrower are good as getting a second would require a lot of time in the arcade. You can get them if you haven't already in certain places quite well hidden but it only takes a minute or two each. Other useful tms are earthquake, fire blast, blizzard, thunder and gr knot. Evolutionary stones are pointless until you start getting lots of pokemon from other games. Rare candies might be a good idea and like the other person said items that you can only get once, but only ones you would use.
