Letter to serbia for cl ignment?

for my english cl we need to write a letter to a person from another country (mine is serbia) and ask a bank for $100,000. It needs to be in english but we cant do anything that might offend them or not make any sense in their culture. I also need to use their currency and try to incorporate serbian lingo and such.
