Meanwhile some people that are working our way through formal schooling to become RNs and Therapists have to start off as CNAs that work under LPNs and CNAs make under 12 and hour. The end result is people from the projects being in supervisory roles and many times they bring their uncouthness, unprofessional- ism, and narcissism to the work place. I had to talk to my supervisor last night about how some things she did like ignore me when i was telling her about a patient and of her telling me that she would "bust me in my damn face" during our shift meeting just cos I made a small joke about something. I spoke to her about it later and of course she denied it and tried to brush it all off like it was a joke.. I played along but i need some help how do you deal with ghetto bosses?? Pvcs after ablation for psvt?

where do i start i'm a 29 year old male that had P.S.V.T since i was around 13. my rapid heart beat was getting up to 265 beats per minute and i couldn't convert myself so numerous dosages of adenasine later they ablated. the first procedure was 6 hours long with 22 or 23 ablations recovered and everything seemed fine. 1 month later had a real bad episode felt faint heart pounding chest hurting pulse rate was around 250 on ekg in ambulance they aministered 1 dose of adenesine it worked but my heart kicked back to full throttle and had to administer a double dose in which it worked but full throttle again. they got me to the hospital 2 hours into this i was sweating so bad the leads were just falling off my body and they tried different maneuvers didn't work and finally administered another double dose of adenesine. well back to the ep lab i went were the doc ablated 3 more times and worked thank good no fast heart rate. but after the procedure started having on holter monitor single pvcs very annoying they are but was told this is normal until the heart is healed so i quit smoking started working out and seemed like it solved the problem. but when i worked out sometimes my heart felt like it wanted to race i would feel real shallow like about to p out and feel a big beat and would be fine no problem only happened once a month but i started smoking again i pack a day cut my caffenine intake though by lots now only 20 a day. Woke up one night startled with a hard heart beat checked my pulse through my ear because i could feal it from my head to my stomach and noticed some ache in my left chest to my shoulder decided to go back to sleep woke up 2 more times that night and same problem. awoke the next money and was fine. a week later i was at work and noticed flutters at the top of my left chest had 8 to 10 episodes of them in a hour but thought well maybe i strained a muscle because my shoulder ached to and chest went away later that day i was in my car and noticed at the bottom of my chest i had a pvc so i put 2 and 2 together went to er everything was fine they set me up to have another holter monitor and a echo. now last night i went to lay down and started to have hard heart beat needless to say lasted 3 to 3.5 hours with aches off and on in the previous spots from before. finally went to sleep awoke and started mildly again with aches off and on. If anyone has any of these symptons or can lend some advice this would be appreciated the aches feel like the aches i would have after a psvt attack or during but in all i dont have a fast heart rate thank God during these episodes just everything else it wierd!

29 weeks low amniotic fluid baby is breech?

Amniotic fluid isn't created by your body, it's created by the baby. It's kind of like fetal urine. It's great for you to drink lots of water, but it won't affect low amniotic fluid levels. They'll probably examine the baby's kidneys as closely as they can to see if there are any issues there. Being breech at 29 weeks really doesn't mean anything. Some babies just end up staying breech and there's nothing you can do about it. Low amniotic fluid levels could mean that the baby doesn't have as much room to move around and flip over to the proper position, but in and of itself being breech doesn't indicate anything else. Unfortunately, right now there's nothing else you can do other than just continuing to take care of yourself and let the doctors monitor the baby. The baby already has a good chance of survival if it is delivered and doesn't have significant underlying health problems. Babies do generally engage before labor begins, even in subsequent pregnancies.

Asthma does tend to get worse at night, like with waking up coughing or wheezing, especially if you're allergic to dust mites. Try using your inhalers before bed and compare how often you get those vivid dreams. If you get them less, then maybe you are having some mild symptoms during sleep.

If she doesn't have sense enough to know what a real, true emergency is, then she doesn't have sense enough to have a phone. The pinkish stuff could be new tissue forming in your mouth. Infection is usually pus, and a hot raised area. If you still have a sliver of tooth, you want to have it taken care of before the tissue completely forms over it. That will constantly aggravate the sight - like a splinter in your hand - leaving you more likely for infection. I know the thought of surgery again isn't fun, but you have to consider the option. Have them do some more x-rays, and make sure there isn't a sliver in there. If there is, get a second opinion if you have to, in order to take care of this now. Just keep in mind that a wisdom tooth extraction takes a while to heal - all 4 of mine were impacted, and surgically removed. I went back to work after a few days, but didn't feel great for about 1 month. AHH, it was sooo painful. Good luck.

Cb750 not getting power from battery to ignition?

i have a 1982 cb750c that i recently got in a trade, i put a charged battery in the bike and turned the key to on and nothing happened, no lights nothing. but when i use a screwdriver to crossover the selonoid that is between the battery and the starter, the engine will crank, but since it has no ignition it does not start. so my question is what could be wrong?

I have a friend who has always been a strong devout Christian. She knows when I was younger I lost my virginity and felt a ton of guilt about it. I've recently found out my friend is ually active, but feels it's okay with God because her and her boyfriend have prayed about it and feel they are doing it out of love, and they believe it is society's rule to be married and have a stupid piece of paper saying your married before having . She feels no remorse. She says she feels no guilt so it can't be wrong. I don't know if she is lying trying to fool herself or if she really feels no remorse.It hurts me she says she prayed to God about having before marriage, and feels its okay with him, so her conscience is scott free. You may be required to prove your current income situation but in my situation all I had to do was to fill out a form to fax back in. Another thing you can do is just take cles online and get a pell grant to pay for them. While your in school your loans automatically go into deferment. Once you stop attending you get a year before you have to start paying on them. You could just take a semester of easy cles online that's also one option I used a few years ago. Depending on your situation you may qualify for a 6 month to a full year of deferment. You can also contact your schools financial aid department to get further istance.

Negativity just like being positive rubs off on people. If you are negative too many times, people can't handle it anymore themselves. I have distanced myself from once close friends, because I could not take the constant negativity and whining......even with one of my sisters. People want to be supportive, but you have to correct your own behaviors. You have to be the one making things better in your life. I am sure if you set daily goals for yourself, emailed someone about those goals, and which ones you've accomplished you would get positive feedback to keep your spirits up. I know its hard.....but spend equal time solving your problems as you spend discussing or writing them on here. Believe it or not, the actual act of writing about the negative creates more negative. Try writing about positive things and you will start to see more positive in your life!

I am proud to say that I have! I have always had a very high metabolism and still do. When I got pregnant with Maya and Lacey, I only weighed 100 pounds (I am very short). During the pregnancy, I ate as healthy as possible (although I did splurge) but a lot of the healthy stuff. I had the girls and then 1 week after, I started exercising. I lost my 30 pounds of baby fat. With Cara, I gained 17 pounds and exercised throughout my pregnancy. After, I had her, I immediately began to work out. I soon lost the weight. I realize that I am lucky and a lot of mommies keep the baby weight forever. I am just wondering, have you lost yours?

I wouldn't want one, the point that you can START the car is where I would really be worried. I have a remote starter that doesn't start other cars, and even then without the key in the ignition it shuts off as soon as you hit the brake. Great safety to make sure no one breaks in and tries to go off just based on a starter. I mean the trunk thing doesn't exactly bother me, so you push a on instead of someone being able to pick the lock. My point is that other then accidentally getting in the wrong car if someone wanted in your trunk they probably could get in.

I am training with my school for varsity soccer. Yes, I have been playing for a very long time on a select team but this year I am a freshman and I am trying out for varsity soccer. The other day at training, the coaches (varsity & JV) were whispering and looking at me and once I got over to them, the coach chucked a mushroom at me and cracked up. Throughout the rest of the training, the varsity coach would say to me, "Sara! You're going to get some mushroom disease!" And laugh. Also, whenever I would ask questions, the varsity coach would tell me that they were very good questions. Lets say we had an equation to implicitly solve x^2+y^2 = 25, I know how to find the derivative but when the question is to find where there are vertical or horizontal tangents I have no idea what to do. I guess with horizontal tangents you solve for the numerator = 0 and for vertical tangents you have denominator = 0 except I don't understand what is going on with a couple steps down replacing the original equation with what you get and I have no idea what to do from there. How can I fight a phlegm buildup besides coughing it up gradually?

I'm driving my girlfriend crazy with my constant hacking and spitting out phlegm into a paper cup. She thinks it's gross and the constant coughing gives her a headache. She tells me to take a cough drop, but that does nothing for the actual phlegm problem. Husky puppy above average?

I've recently acquired a 3 1/2 month old Husky puppy, his old owner lived in an apartment and couldn't handle the energy level. I weighed him today and he was 28 pounds and only an inch or 2 shorter than my 2 year old border collie. He's not overweight, I can feel is ribs appropiately and he's got a nice waist line. He has lots of room to run out here in Wyoming and I carefully monitor his puppy food intake (super premium, lamb and rice large breed puppy food, no corn allowed). So my question is, is this normal for a male Husky to be nearly 30 pounds and not even 4 months old yet? Or did I end up getting a Malamute? Motorcycle bogging down after a few minutes of riding?

I have a 1975 Kawasaki KZ400D. The bike runs fine for the first minute or so and then it bogs down. After it bogs down it will only go around 40-50 in third and fourth gear. When I have it running I can feel that the exhaust on the left side of the bike is warm and the right side is luke warm or normal; it is not hot. Is this a gasket problem or a carburetor or something else? The pet is also a replacement that is just a generic switch, could this be the problem? Thanks for any help.

Problems in my steering column.?

I have a 1991 ford Econoline van. I just had problems with the solenoid and got that fixed and have power but when I tried starting the van and it would turn over. The key turned very easy with no resistance. We are thinking something is broke inside the steering column. Would that cause the easy turn in the key with no resistance and the van not starting?

I adopted a 4 month old Pomeranian from a puppy store (yes I know the dangers of them; ie: puppy mills).He's now 5 1/2 months old and pushing 10 pounds. He's white with a soft rust color on his ears and down his back, but almost all an off white color with a longer, thinner, silver top coat. His nose is slightly longer than I believe a pom's should be but all the other characteristics are there. Evolutionary stones are pointless until you start getting lots of pokemon from other games. Why did my puppy's tooth fall out?

Today when I was in the car, my 7 month old puppy was perfectly fine. Then suddenly he started making gargling noises and was hing at the mouth. When I opened his mouth to see what it might be, there was blood in his mouth! After a few minutes he started to make sounds as if he were crunching on something. I was trying to comfort him and he spat out a tooth. It looked like a back tooth. I will be taking him to the vet, but why did he lose his tooth? What could it be? It didn't look black or anything.

Can not having a dnc after a miscarriage cause problems in getting pregnant??

Don't read too much into it. My best friend in the world is a guy, and that's crap we did all the time. O.K this is VERY confusing because the school i going to go to they have a LPN "career course" that takes a year to complete then they say that you take the "exam" to become a LPN. Then after that if you decide you can go back to the same school (oh by the way its Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College) and go to the LPN to RN transition cl (which is about 38 weeks) and then at the end of the course you take the RN exam to become a RN. Their definately a surprise, but since they are in such a weak division i dont think it will be as noticed. The Rays went from 6th place the year before, and have never been a playoff team. Out of nowhere they take 1st place in what is usually regarded as the best division. Simply unbelievable, if they wouldve won the world series it wouldve been one of the greatest underdog stories of all time. Where to go from here with my biting atiel?

I just bought a hand fed atiel from a pet store but was bought from their breeder (it is a small mom and pop pet store). She is less than 1 year old. In the store she was friendly and never bit me. Once I brought her home I gave her a day to relax and adjust before handling her. She seemed relaxed with the noise in our house, she likes our dogs, and she cries when we leave the room, all good sighs that she is ready to come out of her cage. But when we try to get her out by hand she screams, bites and tries to get away (sometimes resulting in broken tail feathers). I take her out using a perch without huge problems but she goes straight to my shoulder and nips at any hands that try to coax her down. Even millet won't entice her down. My question is where should I go from here? I am not in a situation where her cage can be open all day due to our dogs. One internet source suggests keeping our hands out of the cage and hand feeding her through the bars until she is ready to sit i our hands and eat, while a pet store says to forcibly remove her from her cage no matter what scene she makes. I don't want her to think coming out of her cage is a punishment like the former would suggest but the latter seems like it would allow her to be cage aggressive. Please let me know what has worked best for you in the past.

you can not cure colic, its very unfortunate too, but you can go to your local health food store and get a bottle of Gripe Water, it is made of ginger and finnel, all natural and it helped my son a lot, almost to the point i could deal with the crying, also lay the baby on a flat blanket on the floor and help them put their knees to chest, do it for about 10 minutes, they will love the activity and that move helps releave gas, which is a big part of colic, now this wont get rid of it but it should help, good luck.
